PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises, to enhance an SN ratio and to obtain a good analyzing capacity in a reaction technique for measuring a biomarker using a reaction container or a detection container in fluorescence or phosphorescence measurement and emission measurement. SOLUTION: When the same measuring object or a plurality of measuring objects are measured with respect to a plurality of dots or spots on the same base in a chip, masks having proper gaps are placed between a sample container and a exciting light source and the sample container and a fluorescence, phosphorescence or emission detector to minimize noise light or scattered light.
