PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for delivering a gas hydrate with which the required energy required for production or decomposition of the gas hydrate can be reduced and the scale of production equipment can be reduced. SOLUTION: The method for delivering the gas hydrate comprises delivering the gas hydrate produced by reacting a raw material gas with water to consumers. The gas hydrate d is transferred to a regasifying zone and the gas hydrate d is heated while being kept at a low temperature below the freezing point. Thereby, the gas hydrate d is separated into the raw material gas b and ice a from which the raw material gas is removed. The extracted raw material gas is fed to the consumers and the ice a from which the raw material gas is removed is returned to a gas hydrate regeneration zone. The raw material gas is fed while maintaining the ice a from which the raw material gas is removed at a low temperature below the freezing point to generate the gas hydrate d.
