<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made molded vessel which completely prevents the ascent of a content liquid to a lid seal due to a capillary action, which happens in a paper-made molded vessel having fine wrinkles on the inner circumferential surface of the trunk wall thereof, to seal the liquid content firmly in the vessel. <P>SOLUTION: A vessel molding material, which is formed by coating a main component of paper with a synthetic resin layer or a synthetic resin impregnated layer, is draw-molded to form the paper-made molded vessel 1 having almost vertical fine wrinkles on the trunk wall thereof. The inner circumferential surface 6 of the trunk wall of the molded vessel 1 is subjected to a heat press treatment under a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the synthetic resin. As a result of the treatment, the synthetic resin of the vessel molding material melts, filling the recessions of the fine wrinkles 8 to form a heat press treatment part 3, which has a ring-shaped, smooth inner circumferential surface to prevent the content liquid from ascending due to the capillary action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
