PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging structure and a liquid container, excellent in operability and handling property, for reducing a cost and preventing breakage of a member in assembly. SOLUTION: The oil container 100 is constituted by connecting an upper case 1 with an oil pan 2 at a peripheral end, and is provided with the oil discharging structure 10 disposed in a casing in which oil is stored. an oil discharge port H is perforated into a bottom wall 2a of an oil pan 2, and a nut 11 is fixed to its peripheral edge. A drain plug 12 is screwed into the nut 11. A filler plug 13 is screwed with the drain plug 12 from the external, and a level tube 14 is fit to an end inside of the container.
