PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image system, a medical image inspection system, and a program for easily discriminating whether or not a medical image is a confirmation object in an image list in which image files are listed and quickly deciding whether or not the medical image can be provided for diagnosing in confirming the medical images generated in respective modalities in a plurality of the medical image inspection systems. SOLUTION: When the medical image system uses the plurality of the medical image inspection systems constituted of one or more modalities for generating the medical images and a confirmation device capable of confirming the medical images generated in the modalities and manages the medical images confirmed in the medical image inspection systems as images to be provided for diagnosing, the respective confirmation devices in the plurality of medical image inspection systems are constituted so as to mutually transmit and receive the list of the medical images to be confirmed and are provided with a transmission means for transmitting the list of the medical images corresponding to an acquisition request from the other confirmation device. Further, at least one confirmation device is provided with a discrimination means for discriminating a difference between the list of the medical images acquired in the previous time and the most lately acquired list of the medical images and displaying the discriminated result every time acquiring the list of the medical images from the other confirmation device.
