The blade (1) has a trapezoidal shape which is post-ground by frictional contact with the running surface (5) of the turbine (7) or pump. Multiple blades can be mounted in a drive shaft (3). The blade has at least one sealing strip (2) on its side edges in order to reduce friction. A Pieco clamp (6) is provided between the blade and shaft.
