<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for a magnetic tape drive, capable of improving workability when attaching a wiring board unit to a stator via a bearing housing, with no degradation in deflection correcting function of a wiring board, even if a heat radiating plate is reduced in size. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a motor body 1 composed of a combination of a stator 2 and a rotor 5, and a wiring board unit 6. A heat radiating plate 9 performs both heat radiation operation and deflection correcting function of the wiring board. The overlapping points of a bearing housing 3 and a wiring board 8 are fitted to mounting pieces 24 and 25 by using screws 33 and 34. The heat radiation plate 9 is fitted to the wiring board 8 by using a screw 92, while the wiring board 8 is sandwiched between a wide hooking piece 93 of one end 9a of the heat radiation plate 9 and projections 94 and 94 on its both sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
