PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biology information integrating device, a biology information integrating method and a biology information integrating program used in an environment where a living thing relevance analyzing program on a network is automatically installed, and a plurality of living thing relevance analyzing programs are integrated. SOLUTION: This biology information integrating system 100 is configured of a biology information integrating device 1, program providing servers 2a and 2b and a service providing server 3 or the like. The biology information integrating device 1 is provided with an interface means 21 which integrates a user environment, a program processing means 23 which executes an installed living thing relevance analyzing program, an external service processing means 24 using the service of the service providing server 3, an automatic installer means 25 which installs the living thing relevance analyzing program provided by the program providing servers 2a and 2b and a program cooperation processing means 26 which connects a plurality of living thing relevance analyzing programs.
