摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter capable of suppressing a peak (value) in instrument differences by symmetrically exerting a flow regulating action on a rotating shaft of an impeller in a cross section of an upward channel and a preventing the impeller from generating an imbalanced rotational force. SOLUTION: A flow dividing plate 512 has a curved shape corresponding to a curve from a horizontal channel 4H to the upward channel 4V for dividing an inlet channel 4 to the impeller 52 in two, and a base part of the flow dividing plate 512 is mounted to an lower part of a screw part 515 of a flow regulator 51. The flow dividing plate 512 has the function of dividing an inlet channel 4 in two by dividing the horizontal channel 4H into the upper side and the lower side and the upward channel 4V into the front side and the rear side, equally dividing the quantity of water in the inlet channel 4 flowing in a measuring chamber 501, regulating a flow symmetrically to the rotating shaft 52a, and making water equally hit blades 52b of the impeller 52. For enabling the adjustment of the interval S between the tip of the flow dividing plate 512 and the inner surface of a lower case 21, the flow dividing plate 512 can be moved in the direction of the axis O2 of the impeller 52 (the rotating shaft 52a).
