PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the handling part ( knob ) for opening a door irrotational in an invisible condition from adult's eyes and further more simplify the structure. SOLUTION: Knobs are provided at both upper and lower sides of a door and a pair of hook members are provided at both upper and lower end sides of the knob, and the knob and the hook member are turnably pivoted by the upper and lower side shafts and by allowing or preventing the rotation of the knobs to regulate the opening and closing of the door. The knob is formed of a handling piece overhanging the circumferential direction in the upper and lower sides of the rod-like body around the rotary shaft and the circumferential direction and a stopper piece overhanging the upper and lower sides with a space from the handling piece. A cam is disposed in the clearance between the handling piece and the door and by bringing the stopper piece into contact with the cam, a thick part preventing the rotation of the knob and a thin part making rotatable of the knob are formed so that the two can be chosen to be turnable by only a certain angle.
