PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheets carrying device capable of preventing the generation of noise in a part wherein a pressure roller shaft and a pressure leaf spring abut on each other with rotation of the pressure roller shaft. SOLUTION: This paper sheets carrying device is provided with a carrying roller 1 and the pressure roller 2, and the pressure leaf spring 4 is made to be brought in pressure-contact with both ends of the pressure roller shaft 3 for supporting the pressure roller 2 to bring the pressure roller 2 in pressure-contact with the carrying roller 1. The pressure roller shaft 3 is pinched between the top surface of a bent part 4-1 formed in a distal end of the pressure leaf spring 4 and a bottom surface of the pressure leaf spring 4 provided in a side thereof, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive double coated tape 6 is attached to the top surface of the bent part 4-1.
