The invention relates to a method for locating objects enclosed in a medium. According to said method, a first, high-frequency detection signal which engages into the medium that is to be analyzed is generated by means of at least one capacitive high-frequency sensor (60) such that data on an object that is enclosed in said medium is obtained by measuring and evaluating the first detection signal, especially by measuring the impedance of the capacitive sensor device (60). According to the invention, at least one additional, second detection signal is evaluated to obtain data on the object that is enclosed in the medium. The invention also relates to a measuring instrument (62) according to the disclosed method. |
