<p>A tube-holding plate (20) is fitted in a box (12) constituting a tube-holding device. An infusion tube (16) is held between an upper lid (14) and the tube-holding plate (20). A fusion liquid-warming bag (latent heat-type heat storage member) (26) in close contact with the back face of the tube-holding plate (20) produces latent heat when the heat storage member changes from a liquid phase to a solid phase, and the heat warms an infusion liquid in the tube (16). The latent heat is rapidly produced by the phase change of a latent heat storage material (28) in the infusion liquid bag (26), rapidly raising the temperature of the infusion liquid, and the raised temperature is maintained substantially constant for a relatively long time. Accordingly, even in an environment where an electric power source is not available, the infusion liquid passing through the tube (16) is warmed and the liquid temperature is maintained at substantially constant from the beginning of the start of warming.</p> |
