Method for planning the radiation therapy of a patient, whereby in generating computer tomograph images of the lungs, movement information are extracted from the CT projection data, so that at least two different breathing cycle phases can be selectively displayed. An independent claim is included for a corresponding computer tomograph unit that has additional means, in particular programming means, for carrying out the inventive method steps.
