<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioabsorbable material which has a sufficient molecular weight for maintaining a desired mechanical strength, disappears from an applied place quickly after retaining a shape for a certain period under a physiological environment, and is safely discharged from the body without being accumulated excessively in internal organs such as kidneys and livers. <P>SOLUTION: The bioabsorbable material is constituted of polyether ester obtained by reacting a polyalkylene oxide with one kind selected from a group comprising a polyvalent carboxylic acid, a polyvalent carboxylic acid anhydride, and a polyvalent carboxylate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
