<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and use a pointing device liked by a user while using the same body by easily solving a problem that the installation and change of a built-in type pointing device used for the input operation of an electronic apparatus such as a conventional note personal computer from the outside of the electronic apparatus body is difficult. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus body 1, an exposed hole 5 corresponding to two sorts or more of pointing devices is formed on an operation face 2a having a determination button 3 and a selection button 4 and an insertion hole 6 for a pointing device is formed on the bottom 2b. A track ball device 8a and a flat pad device 8b on which respective pointing devices are installed are prepared on upper surfaces of covers 7a, 7b for the insertion hole 6. The device 8a or 8b is inserted into the electronic apparatus body 1 through the insertion hole 6 and fixed on a position which can be operated from the exposed hole 5, so that the pointing devices corresponding to user's liking can be easily installed and changed while using the same electronic apparatus body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
