<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which can be attached easily to a panel. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet 1 is attached into the hole 3 of the panel 2. The grommet 1 is equipped with a tapered barrel 11. The other end 11b of the large diameter side of the tapered barrel 11 is provided with a locking recess 13. The locking recess 13 locks in the hole 3 of the panel 2. The tapered barrel 11 is equipped with an inner barrel 20 and an outer barrel 21 and a plurality of ribs 12. The inner barrel 20 and the outer barrel 21 are arranged coaxially, and space C is made between them. For the rib 12, its one end 12a leads to the inner barrel 20 and its other end 12b leads to the outer barrel 21. For the rib 12, a segment, which is made by connecting its one end 12a with its other end 12b, crosses the diametrical direction of the tapered barrel 11.
