PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing for alternators, which has less deterioration in properties even when immersed in grease containing an urea compound, can efficiently prevent the leakage of the grease, is used in automobiles used in severe environments and can have improved durability. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing for alternators which is rotation-driven by an engine output, comprising an inner ring and an outer ring; a plurality of rolling elements interposed between the inner and outer rings; and a seal member for sealing urea-based grease on the periphery of this rolling element, the seal member being provided in opening parts at both ends of the inner and outer rings, wherein the seal member for sealing this grease is a rubber mold which contacts at least the grease, and the rubber mold is a mold of a curable fluororubber composition which comprises a copolymer comprising tetrafluoroethylene, propylene and a crosslinking monomer comprising an unsaturated hydrocarbon having carbon atoms of 2 to 4 in which some hydrogen atoms is substituted by fluorine atoms.
