PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed/cured material having an excellent flame retardance in spite of being free from a halogen/phosphorus, and also having good moisture absorption resistance, mechanical physical properties, heat resistance, etc., by elucidating what particle size fine particles shall be used and how they shall be dispersed to decrease the moisture absorption of a resin formed article as less as possible with a view of imparting the flame retardance to a resin to which the inorganic fine particles are added. SOLUTION: This dispersion of the inorganic particles is provided by dispersing the inorganic particles of the hydrolyzed and condensed product of a metal salt of an alkoxide and/or a carboxylic acid in a dispersion medium, and having≤50 nm inertial radius of the inorganic particles and (1:99)-(40:60) mass ratio of the particles having <10 nm inertial radius to the particles having≥10 and≤50 nm inertial radius.
