PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier the output of which is stable at a high level in an early stage after application of power, from which a desired output can be obtained, which can accurately and quickly trace a temperature change of a FET (initial drift) because of direct mount of a varistor to a FET package, the output of which can be stabilized, and which can be utilized even in other transmitters or units adopting the FET drive.
