PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy attaching and detaching work of a shielding case to an apparatus, without spending much time, effort or cost for assembling. SOLUTION: In attaching structure of a shielding case wherein the shielding case is attached on a chassis, a hole is arranged in the shielding case, a protruding portion which is engaged with the hole portion is arranged on the chassis, and the chassis holds the shielding case through the engagement of the protrude and the hole.
