PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip ring device capable of suppressing increase of contact electric resistance in a contact part between a brush and a rotary ring even when friction powder, surface irregularity of the rotary ring or the like is present. SOLUTION: This slip ring device is so structured that a plurality of flat-plate brushes 1 are each formed of a conductive member having flexibility, and arranged in a rotation axis direction of the rotary ring 3; and a brush holder 2 holds the plurality of flat-plate brushes 1 so that the plurality of flat-plate brushes 1 brings the rotary ring 3 into press contact therewith. Thereby, even if friction powder, surface irregularity of the rotary ring due to friction of the ring surface or the like is present, probability of ensuring conductivity is increased by bringing some of the flat-plate brushes 1 into contact with the rotary ring 3.
