PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manage a visual field in a narrow extent with a drive system which can raise visual field servo accuracy and has narrow visual field characteristics of a disk and a pickup. SOLUTION: A set is placed in a horizontal posture and is focused on in a state in which a visual field shake by self-weight of the biaxial is made zero, the visual field is shaken a prescribed amount (e.g. LS(0)=-106(tracks)) to an inner periphery by a visual field scrolling section with a tracking off state (Step S61), and a CPU functions as a signal measurement section, and measures center voltage Vp(i) of a push pull (hereinafter, TEIN) (step S62). This LS (i) is shaken finely between certain predefined extents (e.g.±106 (tracks)), and a plurality (i=1, 2, ..., i0) of data (Vp(i), LS(i)) are acquired.
