PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical apparatus which has a small parasitic capacitance between the wiring due to the intersection of the wiring and a fast operation speed and to provide electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The electrooptical apparatus is equipped with the first main signal wiring which is disposed in correspondence to a unit circuit and propagates a prescribed signal, the first sub-signal wiring which is narrower in wiring width than the first main signal wiring, the second main signal wiring which is disposed between the first main signal wiring and the first sub-signal wiring, the first connection wiring which is connected to the first main signal wiring and the first sub-signal wiring and is installed in a U shape with respect to the second main signal wiring, and an internal circuit which has a plurality of the elements connected to the first sub-signal wiring.
