PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchorage hardware with an anchor bar capable of increasing degree of freedom of an arrangement position of the anchorage hardware by increasing push-out resistance force of a main bar to solve conventional problems of troublesome arrangement of bars in a column/beam joint part and a space. SOLUTION: This anchorage hardware 10 with the anchor bar is provided with the anchorage hardware 12 and the anchor bar 14. In the anchorage hardware 12, four holes for inserting reinforcing steel bar with threaded-rib are formed in a metallic plate member 22. The anchor bar 14 is composed of a metallic round bar, and the anchor bars 14 are provided in both end parts in the direction of length of the anchorage hardware 12, respectively. The anchor bar 14 has a basic part 1402 fixed to the anchorage hardware 12, two first linear parts 1404 bent from both ends of the basic part 1402 and extending in the direction substantially parallel with the direction of shaft axis of the hole 24 for inserting the screw knot reinforcing bar, bent parts 1406 bent from a tip of each first linear part 1404, and second linear parts 1408 extending onto an anchorage hardware 12 side from a tip of each bent part 1406.
