PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily replaceable rubber tape, because a jaw rubber tape for a cap, especially, a elastic cord for a schoolchild's cap is much required and easily worn out. SOLUTION: The rubber tape has a pair of hook at each of the both ends thereof, wherein the cap is formed to hang the rubber tape at the both side thereof and the rubber tape is easily and repeatedly changed separately when worn out.
