PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing structure for members capable of simply and non-releasably connecting both members such as a vertical member and a horizontal member fitted as frame members on the circumference of a pallet main body for carrying a load and a material. SOLUTION: A receiving fitting 4 is projected on the side face part of the vertical member 2. A connecting fitting 5 is projected on the apex part of the horizontal member 3. The connecting fitting 5 has an upper end flange 5a projected on the upper end side of the receiving fitting 4, an intermediate flange 5b, and a lower end flange 5c projected on the lower end side of the receiving fitting 4. A wedge hole 8 communicating with the wedge hole 4a of the receiving fitting 4 is formed in the upper end flange 5a, the intermediate flange 5b, the lower end flange 5c of the fitting 5 and a loosening preventing plate 7.
