PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can be unsealed and resealed several times easily. SOLUTION: The packaging box has side walls 10A to 10D arranged on all sides in an enclosing manner. A first flap 13 is formed consecutively at least on one of the upper/lower edges of the side walls 10B, 10D opposite to each other, and a second flap 14 is formed consecutively at least on one of the upper/lower edges of the side walls 10A, 10C opposite to each other. One side edge of each first flap 13 is formed into a sloped side 19 that makes an angleαof less than 90 degrees with the boundary between the sloped side 19 and the continuous side walls 10. Each second flap 14 has a crease 20 that almost coincides with the sloped side 19 to extend approximately in line with it when the box is assembled, and a tongue-like locking strip 24 that is in the middle of the crease 20 and extends out toward the outer surface or the lower surface of the first flap 13 across the sloped side 19 when the box is assembled.
