PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner having an allergen deactivating filter which is capable of maintaining the water content of the allergen deactivating filter in a condition suitable for decomposition of allergen. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner 10 comprises a blower 30 to introduce air into a cabin 1i, an evaporator 40 to cool air to be introduced in the cabin 1i, a heater 42 to heat air to be introduced in the cabin 1i, a bypass passage 22 to bypass air from the evaporator 40 on at least the cabin 1i side, and an openable/closable bypass passage changing door 64 provided on an entrance of the bypass passage 22. By opening the bypass passage changing door 64 and driving the blower 30, air in a vicinity of the evaporator 40 is given to an allergen deactivating filter 5 via the bypass passage 22.
