PURPOSE: A method for preparing a colored glass bottle by using the broken glass of a plated glass and a colored glass bottle prepared by the method are provided, to improve the color, luminosity and homogeneity of a colored glass bottle. CONSTITUTION: The colored glass bottle is prepared by using an assistant melting means for heating a glass material and a melting furnace for melting a glass material by using a plated glass cullet instead of a bottle glass cullet, wherein the assistant melting means uses a bubble boosting comprising an erosion-resistant material and forms a bubble dam with a bubble formation pressure of 1.45 kg/cm2 or more; the bubble boosting increases the bubble of compressed nitrogen at the melting furnace; the glass depth of the melting furnace is 850 mm or less; the bottom temperature of the melting furnace is maintained to be higher than that of liquid by 50 deg.C or more; and the replacing rate of plated glass cullet is 80% or more when the mixing rate of the broken glass is 60-80 %. |
