<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely convey waste toner by ensuring the strength of a frame body even in the case where the wall thickness of the frame body is reduced in order to reduce the size, weight, or cost of a process cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The process cartridge or an image forming apparatus includes: a cleaning frame body which supports a photoreceptor drum and composes a storage chamber storing waste toner; a sheet member which is in contact with the photoreceptor drum and prevents a leak of waste toner from the storage chamber; and a mounting seat for the sheet member provided for the cleaning frame body. The process cartridge or image forming apparatus has a reinforcing member fixed to the wall face of the cleaning frame body and in the position almost perpendicular to the mounting seal for the sheet member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
