<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize preview display of a stereoscopic image in the same style as a stereoscopic image actually printed by a stereoscopic image printer. <P>SOLUTION: When an application 20 instructs preview display of document information whose stereoscopic printing is instructed by a stereoscopic print instruction part 22, a communication part 23 communicates with a printer driver 30. Through this communication, the document information whose stereoscopic printing is instructed is sent to a printer driver 30, a print data generation part 31 generates print data corresponding to a stereoscopic image to be printed out by a printer 40, and height information on respective parts of the stereoscopic image is obtained. A height information acquisition part 24 acquires the height information on the respective parts of the stereoscopic image that the communication part 23 obtains through the communication and a preview display control part 25 displays a preview of the stereoscopic image based upon the acquired height information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
