<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human monochronal antibody for treating solid cancers with an antibody to a human epidermal cell growth factor receptor (EGF-r) by an antibody treatment. <P>SOLUTION: A perfect human monochronal antibody to the human epidermal cell growth factor receptor (EGF-r) is provided. An amino acid sequence containing a nucleotide sequence to encode heavy chain and light chain immunoglobulin molecules, specially, sequences corresponding to contiguous heavy chain and light chain sequences from CDR1 to CDR3 are provided.
