PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding oxygen into water where, even in the case a water face in a dissolution tank is foamed or whirled so as to be waved, the control of the water level in the dissolution tank can be performed without releasing a large quantity of gas-dissolved water. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for feeding oxygen into water provided with: a pump sucking water in an optional water-depth layer; a gas injection means injecting oxygen-containing gas into the water sucked in the suction side and/or discharge side of the pump; and a dissolution tank installed in the water, promoting the dissolution of the gas into the water, further exhausting the water in which the gas is dissolved and again feeding-out the same into the optional water-depth layer, gas in a gas bank formed on the upper part of the dissolution tank is exhausted over the water face via an exhaust means composed of a syphon tube.
