<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a burr is generated in a discriminating test piece surface side when a punch of a male die is moved downwards while fixing a female die to punch a test piece, and wherein discrimination precision is affected unfavorably since a test piece surface is not brought into close contact with a discrimination detection part because an air layer is interposed therebetween, affected by the burr, when the test piece surface is pressed to the discrimination detection part under the condition. <P>SOLUTION: When punching the test piece from a discrimination object, the punch 1 of the male die is fixed, the die 2 of the female die inserted with the punch 1 is moved downwards from an upper side of the punch 1 to blank the test piece from the discrimination object, the burr is not generated thereby in the measuring test piece surface side, and the test piece surface is thereby brought into close contact with the discrimination detection part when pressing the test piece, to discriminate precisely kinds of painting/fouling, degrees of deterioration/fouling and a kind of plastic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
