PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastic body composition which satisfies the functions of flexibility, slip preventing nature, moldability/processability, heat resistance, durability and the like without the need for addition of a large quantity of a softener and which is suited for recycling because of being excellent in compatibility with a resin base material such as an ABS resin and capable of being subjected to regeneration treatment after the use as a product without segregating it from a resin molding as a substrate. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastic body composition contains 100 pts. wt. of an addition polymerization type thermoplastic block elastic body (A) consisting of a polystyrene block and a hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated polyisoprene and/or polybutadiene block, 20-200 pts. wt. of a polyurethane elastomer (B), 20-100 pts. wt. of a rubber-containing graft copolymer (C) formed by polymerizing a vinyl cyanide monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer on a rubbery polymer, and 0-50 pts. wt. of an oil (D).
