PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier film which can favorably hold an adherend by self-tack without using any adhesive, can transfer, store, supply, etc. the adherend and is excellent in flexibility, elasticity, followability, releasability, transparency, etc., and a carrier member. SOLUTION: The carrier film comprises an elastomer composition containing at least one polymer chosen from a hydrogenated product of a diene block polymer and a polar group-modified olefin polymer. The hydrogenated product of the diene block polymer is preferably a hydrogenated product of a conjugated diene block polymer, a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer comprising a conjugated diene and an aromatic vinyl compound, etc. The carrier member is obtained by placing the carrier film on a support layer.
