PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rollover determination system having rollover determination algorithm with high performance making rollover determination reliability and rollover detection quickness compatible. SOLUTION: The vehicle rollover determination system 100 performs rollover determination of the vehicle in order to operate an occupant restriction device 13 provided on the vehicle 10. The vehicle is provided with a roll angular velocity sensor S3, a lateral acceleration sensor S1 and a vertical acceleration sensor S2. Further, in the vehicle rollover determination system 100, a vehicle rollover determination means 106 for determining rollover of the vehicle and an occupant behavior prediction means 105 for predicting behavior of the occupant riding on the vehicle are provided based on a signal related to angular velocityω, a signal related to lateral acceleration Gy and a signal related to vertical acceleration Gz. When rollover of the vehicle is determined, it is provided with an emergency determination means 105a for changing a threshold value when rollover of the vehicle is determined by the behavior of the occupant predicted by the occupant behavior prediction means 105.
