PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered film which shows excellent light blocking, has content-protecting adaptability, shows beautiful decorativeness, does not damage appearance, attracts consumers' interest and is useful for packing pouch-packed food, snack confectionery, fat and oil, frozen food or the like. SOLUTION: The multi-layered film comprises at least one layer containing a polypropylene-based resin as a major component and a light-blocking polypropylene-based resin layer composed of a resin composition containing a black pigment.
