PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which is excellent in flexibility, good in curved surface tracking ability, blocking resistance, scratch resistance, long term weatherability, etc., and suitable for applications of an adhesive film for decoration such as a marking film, an industrial adhesive film, a decorative film such as a decorative sheet, etc. SOLUTION: In the laminated film, on one side of a polyolefin resin substrate layer (A) having a tensile modulus of elasticity of 100-1,200 MPa, a primer layer (B) which contains an acrylic group-modified urethane resin and has a tensile modulus of elasticity of 500-1,500 MPa and a coating film layer (C) which is made of a coating film formed by curing a composition containing an electron beam-curable resin and has a tensile modulus of elasticity of 1,000-3,500 MPa are formed in turn.
