PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always stably control the temperature related to the reflux region in a distillation column 1, which is constituted so as to draw and cool the liquid or gas out of the column to reflux the same as a reflux liquid or gas into the column, without bringing about an increase in equipment cost and being affected by an environmental condition or a operation condition. SOLUTION: This control system of the distillation column 1 is equipped with a first temperature acquiring means 51-1 for acquiring the temperature of the reflux liquid or gas after cooling, a second temperature acquiring means 52-1 for acquiring the reflux region in the column and, a reflux liquid temperature adjusting means 53-1 for adjusting the reflux liquid or gas after cooling so that the temperature of the reflux liquid or gas after cooling acquired by the first temperature 51-1 becomes a value lower than that of the temperature related to the reflux region in the column acquired by the second temperature acquing means 52-1.
