PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus which is hardly influenced by the variation of the blood flow velocity resulting from a heart stroke when a blood flow is described, moreover does not introduce extension of imaging time, and a stable image can be acquired. SOLUTION: A measuring control means of the MRI apparatus divides a cardiac cycle into two or more time phases based on predetermined timing and divides k-space into two or more subregions in the case of blood flow imaging, and measures data of the diverging subregions in at least two time phases of two or more time phases. To be concrete, data are measured from the low region of the k-space towards the high region in a time phase in which the blood flow velocity increases, among the two or more time phases, and data are measured from the high region of the k-space towards the low region in a time phase in which the blood flow velocity decreases.
