PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mahjong ball game machine provided with an assisting function of showing a pattern of the tile which has to be drawn to establish a ready-for-winning hand before a player makes a tile-drawing operation when current thirteen tiles in the hand can establish the ready-for-winning hand by drawing the particular tile. SOLUTION: The mahjong ball game machine has a means for judging a particular pattern of a tile which has to be drawn for establishing a ready-for-win hand when thirteen tiles in the hand can establish the ready-for-winning hand by drawing the particular tile, and the above means comprises a Common-tile/Honor-tile suit counting means for counting the number-of-suits A of number-one and number-nine tiles of the Common tiles and Honer tiles and a ready-for-winning hand judging/displaying means for making the judgment on whether fourteen tiles formed by adding one tile to the thirteen tiles tiles in the hand can establish a ready-for-winning hand and displaying the particular tile which has to be drawn to establish the ready-for-winning hand according to the above judgment. The ready-for-winning hand judging/display means is actuated when the number-of-suits A counted by the Common-tile/Honor-tile suit counting means is eight or less, or 11 or more.
