PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet warmer capable of sustaining the heating for a long period of time, applicable to various purposes. SOLUTION: The sheet warmer comprises a manufactured paper sheet 2 comprising an oxidized material, a water retaining agent and a fibrous material, and an air-permeable storage body 4 for storing the manufactured paper sheet 2. A heat insulating sheet 3 which does not retain a liquid is disposed inside the storage body. It is preferable that the thickness is 1-30 mm and the bending strength is 0.01-1.0 N/cm.
