PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing the seedlings of grafted trees, easily accurately and always enabling cutting the stem parts of scion seedlings H and stock seedlings D and obtaining high percentage of rootage. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing the seedlings of grafted trees has on a stand body 2 placing blocks 3 and 4 for placing at least root sides of each the stem parts of the scion seedlings H and the stock seedlings D, and rising and falling guide shafts 6 and 6. Two cutter means 7a and 7b formed by arranging in V shape section form a pair of inclined cutting blades for simultaneously cutting the each stem parts on the each placing blocks 3 and 4 and a stem pushing mechanism 45 are each fixed to the lower side of a rising and falling base 5 capable of rising and falling along the rising and falling guide shaft. Energizing means 8 of the rising and falling base 5 energizing in a direction separating from the upper sides of the placing blocks 3 and 4 are each set on the rising and falling guide shafts 6 and 6, and both the stem parts are cut in V shape state through descending the rising and falling base against the energizing means 8, and then a sleeve 64 is taken out with a joint tool 61 from a joint material magazine 60 on the stand body 2 and inserted and fastened to a junction.
