This invention relates to the method of pressure feeding any liquid fuel which in this process is being decomposed into its constituent gases, and its object is to provide gaseous fuel in an on-board installation which may be employed in connection with an internal combustion engine, turbine or jet engine to supply the gaseous fuel thereto as it is consumed in the engine through one or more fuel injectors delivering fuel to the combustion chamber(s) and / or intake duct(s) by way of one or more high voltage plasma splitter(s)* thus operating combustion driven marine, road or non-road equipment without the need for on-board holding tanks of decomposed fuel, chemical fuel cell to electricity conversion and/or the need for a hydrogen generating / dispensing infrastructure and / or vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology.
