The tool is assembled of a long handle (2) and an operating head with a circular opening with a curved extension (22). A main ring (50) with a toothed outer surface and several curved recesses along its inner surface is positioned inside the circular opening. A detent (40) with one toothed outer surface meshing with the surface of the ring (50) is located inside the curved extension (22) and supported by a transversally positioned helical spring (34) held by a projection exceeding from a holding ring.
