<p>In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, a method for lining a lateral wellbore 104 includes drilling a main wellbore 102 extending from a surface to a subterranean zone, casing the main wellbore 102 with a main casing 202 having a plurality of lateral wellbore windows 203 formed therein, positioning a whipstock 200 having a longitudinal bore 208 running therethrough adjacent a respective one of the lateral wellbore windows 203, forming a lateral wellbore 104 through the respective lateral wellbore window 203 using the whipstock 200, lining the first lateral wellbore 104 with a lateral liner 304 and a portion of a tie-back assembly 300 that has a pre-milled lateral wellbore window 314 formed therein, aligning the pre-milled lateral wellbore window 314 with the longitudinal bore 208, and coupling the tie-back assembly 300 to the main casing 202.</p> |
