<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating movement guide apparatus which has a simple and inexpensive structure, and can stably maintain manufacture precision and product quality. <P>SOLUTION: The inner block 33 of a rotary reciprocating movement transmission mechanism 30 is fastened and fixed to a sleeve 31 via a fastening member, such as bolt. The inner block 33 is connected to an outer block 32 connected to a θ-axis shaft 20 via an elastic part 34, having prescribed elastic force in a direction of a Z-axis. Since small movements in the direction of the Z-axis of the θ-axis shaft 20 are transmitted, while being guided by using elastic deformation of the elastic part 34 in the rotary reciprocating movement transmission mechanism 30, abrasion will not occur, since there is no sliding part. Thus, rattling due to abrasion and dispersion of sliding resistance can be eliminated. Consequently, pressurizing force, with which an electronic component 1 is pressed to a substrate 2 at the time of bonding of a mounting processing, can be controlled easily and precisely over a long time, and manufacture accuracy and manufacture quality can stably be maintained over a long time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
