<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interruption of an application work by enabling the content of a correction instruction to be precisely informed to an applicant to shorten the correction time. <P>SOLUTION: An acceptance-side computer group 2 comprises an application data receiving part 61a; an application data examination part 61b performing examination of application data; a tag data formation part 62a generating, in case that necessity of correction for the application data is determined by examination, tag data containing tag content information describing the correction instruction content, the name of an item to be corrected by the correction instruction content, and tag position information showing a relative position on the application data to display the tag content information; and transmitting parts 62b and 62c transmitting the application data and the tag data to an applicant terminal.
